HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Our Online Boutique uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption where your payment details are collected. This protects the confidentiality of your credit card information while it’s transmitted over the internet.

We do not store your credit card information. To protect your credit card details we ask that you re-enter your credit card information for each transaction.


Alzúarr ships to almost all countries worldwide. The full list of countries that we ship to is set out in our DELIVERY & RETURNS.

Delivery information
We ship our items in 1 to 2 weeks.

Please note that during and around holidays, deliveries will take longer.

DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT DUTIES ON MY ORDER?                                                       

Yes, all international orders are included VAT, but excluded duties and customs charges. 

WHAT DOES VAT MEAN? 

VAT is a value-added tax that both EU and non-EU customers pay.
VAT is already included in the prices of all ALZÚARR.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? 

Once your payment is finalized and your order has been processed, you will receive a Track&Trace code via mail with which you can track your order.



WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?

Our return policy entitles you to return the product for any reason within 30 days counting from the day you received the shoes. You can open the package and check the contents. However, the shoes can only be returned when they are completely unused and sent in the original packaging, double boxed. You can return an item by using the online return form or by contacting boutique@alzuarr.com.

In the case that you wish to cancel your exchange and receive a refund for your order, the conditions of a return apply. The order must also be returned completely unused and sent in the original packaging, double boxed.

Shipping Costs
The shipping cost of the return is for the client and de cost for shipping are deducted from the refund amount.


HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

When returning an item the customer is responsible for the shipment and its costs. ALZÚARR can only process a refund once we have received the shoes in good order. We therefore advice you to always keep hold of your Track&Trace code and receipts.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY SHOES FOR A DIFFERENT MODEL OR SIZE?

If the shoes do not fit well you can exchange them for the right size, but all costs for the exchange will be at your own expense.


HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE? 

We strive to process your refund within two weeks after we have received the shoes back. Also, please note that – depending on the payment platform – it can take up to 5 working days for the money to be on your account.

 

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER? 

You cannot change your order. Once the order is placed it is final. Of course after receiving your order you can return it within 30 days*, please see our returns page.

If you want to cancel your order, send an email to boutique@alzuarr.com referring to your order number.

 

HOW DOES THE SIZING WORK? 

Alzúarr shoes are measured with standard Italian sizing.

WILL YOU RESTOCK SOLD OUT ITEMS?

Some designs are restocked every now and then. We advice you to keep an eye on our social media pages and sign up for the newsletter to receive notifications about these restocks.
